How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What's your cancellation policy?
* 1-2 weeks notice = full refund
* Less than 1 week notice = credit on file for a future date, or a refund if we are able to fill your spot with another group
Is a deposit required?
Yes - we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the start of your outing.
What happens if it rains on the day of our birthday experience?
We operate rain or shine! That said, we’ll work with you to adjust your itinerary if needed or offer indoor alternatives to ensure your celebration stays fun and photo-worthy.
Is a parent required to attend?
Yes - we require at least 1 parent or guardian to attend during the entire time.
Can you customize something more than what's listed?
Absolutely! Just let us know you would like a more custom outing and we will provide our highest recommendations.

Are your birthday party experiences suitable for co-ed groups?
Definitely! Our itineraries and stops can be tailored to suit mixed-gender groups with a wide range of interests, from fashion and food to games and sightseeing.
How many people can we have?
The max capacity on the bus is 14 people. If you add the host or photographer, the max is 13 people.
Can we request specific neighborhoods or murals?
Absolutely! We have a curated route that’s already a hit with teens, but we’re happy to work in your must-see spots if time allows.
What safety measures are in place?
Our drivers are fully licensed and permitted through the City of Nashville.
We choose safe, well-loved locations, and our driver stays with the bus the entire time to ensure all of your belongings are safe while you're out exploring.
Transportation is fully licensed and insured.
